GEANT4 simulations of t the Relativistic Runaway Electron Avalanches(RREA) were performed he In this pa paper to explain the Terrestrial Ground Enhancements(TGEs) detected by the particle detectors of Aragats Space E per En- nvironmental Center(ASEC) operated at altitude 3200m on slopes of mt. A vironmental Aragats, in Armenia. The RREA was sim ragats, simu- ulated in the uniform electric fields of different strengths. The gamma ray, electron and neutron energy spectra were lated obtained at different altitudes, thundercloud and beneath.
