The Reform and Practice of Cultivating Application-oriented Engineering Personnel in a Local University

摘要

When we cultivate the application-oriented engineering students in our university, efforts are made as follows: renewing educational concept and revising cultivation program suitable to application-oriented engineering personnel;deepening the teaching reform and constructing the curriculum system adaptable to social and economic development;strengthening practice and building practice platform for cultivating application-oriented engineering students;respecting students' personality development and exploring the growth model for the diversification of application-oriented engineering personnel.
