Sports quality education is an important part of quality-oriented education, and should be one of the main melody of college quality education. The essay carries on the analysis from its concept and connotation and accordingly make a conclusion that sport quality not only includes physical, psychological, cultural part but also covers lifetime ability to develop it, which features universality, comprehensiveness, initiative and diversity.
