摘要

This paper aims to study the effect of compound Chinese medicine in preventing the delayed onset muscle damage during the intensive exercise of the rat through making the rat take compound Chinese medicine and do intensive exercise. Method: the experiment takes the rat as the experimental subject. Use medicine to the rats regularly, make the heavy load of exercise training by grouping and then measure the related indicators after a period of training. The results find out that the supplement of compound Chinese medicine can obviously improve the oxygen transport capacity during movement and the body's immune system; effectively restrict the increasing rate of rat serum CK, LDH and BUN enzymes activities during movement, effectively improve the exercise capacity to delay and prevent the exerciseinduced muscle damage.
