The Undertaking Mechanism Research of Promotion of University Graduates Getting Employed in Liaoning Province

Liaoning Province is a big province of education, the province of many colleges and universities, how to let the university graduates get employed smoothly and start an undertaking, relates our province economy, the political stability. In this paper, the analysis of university graduates employed in the undertaking connotation and form based on the theory, pointing out that despite the province has achieved considerable success in promoting the employment of college graduates venture, but currently facing the situation is still grim, should deal positively, and improve the employment of university graduates entrepreneurial mechanisms, including the government to encourage and support mechanisms of employment of college graduates venture, university education and training mechanisms, social services and protection mechanism and so on.
