摘要

Knowledge transfer is the core of the teaching effectiveness in higher education. It contributes to guiding and improving students' professional development, in this paper, drawing on the behavior approach, this research extends prior knowledge transfer research to examine factors influencing knowledge transfer from teachers to students in higher education. The study provides an alternative approach for evaluating effective teaching in educational institutions based on the interactions between the teacher and students in the teachinglearning process in terms of knowledge transfer.
