Russian female issue has always been a concern of the state. This paper is going to discuss the Russian female's modern development status in respects of education degree, devotion to politics as well as the transformation of family life etc. It shows that the Russian female possesses certain enlightening consciousness, and participating in the state political eind economic activities has been a part of their life. Here comes the conclusion: with the improvement of Russian social economy, Russian female' education degree is upraised, reemployment population become larger, their social status is also upgraded. It indicates a comparatively positive prospect of Russian female participating in politics.
