Application Studies of Presentational Training on Wushu Routine Teaching in University

摘要

The ways of how to enhance teaching effectiveness in the college public sports of Wushu routing teaching are studied by literature and contrastive experimental methods. The results show that both term presentational and action presentational are beneficial to improve academic achievement in terms of improving the quality of teaching. Presentational training, a kind of psychological skills training, is beneficial to relieve cognitive state anxiety and enhance the status of self-confidence and increase the imagery ability. Presentational training plays an important role to improve teaching effectiveness in the college public sports of Wushu routing teaching.
