How teachers influence Student' academic performance: A statistical investigation based on multilevel linear model

摘要

This article uses the stratified structure linear model to probe the impact of teacher factors on the marks of students, adopting the ways of questionnaire and interview to obtain data. The results show teachers of classes have very important impact on students' marks through parents' supervise. But the proportion of teachers with high education in school level doesn't have obvious impact. These discoveries have an important policy enlightenment to improve compulsory education quality in rural areas.
