Strategic Choice and Innovation of Animation Industry Development in Changzhou

摘要

The animation industry is the "sunrise industry" in 21 century. The article analyzed the development environment of animation in Changzhou with the method of SWOT. On this basis, the author selected four kinds of strategies for Changzhou to develop the industry, including industry convergence and linkage, key enterprises to drive, competitive products to advance and talented persons industrial. At the same time, based on the policy support, management system, development mode and operation mode, the author offered some innovation countermeasures to promote Changzhou's animation industry development strategy.
