摘要

The study of well-being psychology provides the new paths and methods for organizations and departments to enhance the staff's sense of work well-being. Based on the theory and the latest research results, this paper analyzes the new strategies of enhancing the staff's happiness and explains the new concept of innovation management from five aspects. Those are: establishing autonomy work communities, promoting employee's control, improving organization atmosphere, cultivating the psychological capital, form the positive psychological contract.
