Research on Breakthrough of Enterprise Growth Limits Based on Enterprise Culture Innovation

摘要

This study indicates that the cultivation of core competence is the key factor for enterprise growth limits' breakthrough, then analyzes the decisive role of enterprise culture innovation to cultivating core competence. On this basis, the study puts forward the mechanism and model of enterprise growth limits' breakthrough based on enterprise culture innovation.
