Research on the Construction and Application of the Enterprise Capacity of the Iceberg Model

摘要

In the complicated international and domestic context of world economic integration, international financial crisis and the economic restructuring and development in China, Enterprise in China is facing a severe challenge in their development and improvement of HRM. In this article, an enterprise capability iceberg model is built according to the enterprise capability theory and quality iceberg model from the aspect of business ecology. Six strategic recommendations on how to improve the HRM in Enterprise are also put forward for experiment in this article.
