Expecting to contribute to the national public safety culture construction, the flinty situation of current public safety and the current situation of bibliogony of public safety culture were analyzed in this paper, the publishing strategy and the direction of development of public safety culture books were studied from the marketization and the development law of publishing with great emphasis.
