China won the first gold medal in the 19th Winter Olympic Games, realizing the dream of several generations for the winter sports. This attracted the attention of the society, promoting the good development of the winter sports of China. The teenagers became the main force of the winter sports as the lively force in the summer sports. The winter sports can promote the living ability of the teenagers. Their physical quality can be improved through outdoor exercise in winter; they can become stronger through the test of the cold weather; their physical quality as well as culture makings can be improved by means of mastering the physical rule. There are rich snow resources in the North of China. As the basis of the lifelong physical education, school sports should greatly increase the digging degree under the influence of winter sports, forming the winter educational system combining the human culture and science. While cultivating the teenagers to master the sports techniques to improve the physical makings, their human culture makings in psychological level will be cultivated to make them adjust themselves to the complicated environment. This transports the reserve talents with high makings and high level for the comprehensive development of winter sports competition as well as public winter exercise. In addition, it lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development.
