Study on Teachers' Characteristic Influence on the Teachers' Behavior in Teacher-student Interactionin Sports Technique Classes

摘要

Economic development depends on educational development, which in turn, relies on teachers. Teachers' qualities are one of the most important factors which determine the educational quality and reformation, the research has been directed on the teachers' behavior in teacher-student interaction in sports technique classes. The thesis provides theoretical references for steadily raising teacher qualities of sports technique classes, and a new perspective for the study on educational reformation.
