Risk Recognize and Prevention Countermeasure in Virtual Enterprises

Virtual enterprise is a dynamic enterprise alliance. It is based on the information network technology and established when a market opportunity appears. Compared with traditional enterprises, there are more uncertainties in a virtual enterprise. Although it brings new opportunity to its partners, it also results in some new risks. This paper introduces the type and characteristics of virtual enterprises, designs virtual enterprise's risks recognize index system on the basis of virtual enterprise's lifecycle, and gives methods of evaluation. At last, we give some countermeasures to prevent these risks, such as choosing appropriate cooperators by using AHP, adopting dynamic contract system between cooperators, etc.
