摘要

The effect of cold rolling process on magnetic properties and texture of non-grain oriented electrical steel were researched. The results showed that non-oriented electrical steel with better magnetic properties could be produced with more than 40% primary cold rolling reduction , the magnetic induction Bso value was improved more than 0. 0 2T and the watt loss P1.5/50 value is reduced more than 0. 3 W/kg. In addition, the portion of unfavorable y fiber texture components was reduced, however, the portion of favorable texture components , especially { 001} < 210>and RD //< 110>was increased,and besides, the diffuse distribution of favorable texture was more homogeneous.
