Study on Bending Roll Device for Heavy Plate Leveler

摘要

The function and structure type of bending roll device for medium and heavy plate leveller were analyzed. MSC. Marc finite element software was used to set up the model for specific bending roll device and calculate deformation.Then the influence rule of roll bending force and plate width on the leveling roll crown was studied and diversified crown curves of the levelling roll were obtained. This result which could be applied in practical project can give reference for applying bending force to eliminate different plate prolile defects such as medium and edge waves.
