Comparison of porous materials properties (porosity, pores sizes, permeability coefficient) is carried out. These porous materials are made from equal size sponge titaniumium powders by three methods: compaction in a mould, isostatic and hydrodynamic compaction in an elastic cover. It is shown that materials produced by isostatic compaction have the highest property values. Property values of the materials produced by hydrodynamic compaction are lower. Isostatic forming ensures minimum variations of the local permeability in the surface area of flat and pipe parts. The results are used at producing of aerators for potable and sewage water purification, filters for beverages fine purification, medicines, implants parts.
