摘要

The authors of the present note have conducted research works on the investigation of manufacturing conditions of the iron powders, clad with nickel, phosphorus, copper, tin and organic resins. Regimes of homogeneous films' deposition and modes, controlling their thickness in a range of 2 - 10 μm, have been defined. Chemical-technological and magnetic properties of both clad powders and experimental samples of magnetic soft materials on their base, produced under different sintering conditions have been studied. The results obtained showed that magnetic properties of clad powders and materials on their base depend on the nature of deposited components, thickness of the generated films and subsequent technological operations. The powders generated are the promising ones for the fabrication of magnetic soft materials with improved properties.
