The Modified Processes of Ferrite Powder Granulation with Plate Granulators

摘要

There have been considered the problems of preparation of forming weights with a binder with plate granulators by using ferrite suspensions drops, containing up to 70 % weight of solid phase, as a powder soaker. It was proud, that the increasing of solid phase contained in a soaker increased the granulometric composition homogeneity and granulator productivity. Influence of quantity and the nature of binders is revealed in a soaker on technological properties of the granulated powders.
