Implementation of Fine-Grained Algorithms on Graphical Processing Unit

摘要

In this paper we solve the problem of mapping of finegrained algorithm to graphical processing unit (GPU). Synchronous, asynchronous, block-synchronous and probabilistic cellular automata and explicit scheme of PDE are used as examples. Different implementation variants and their performances are presented.
