The online store reputation is one key source for customers' purchasing decisions,and to some extent the reputation rank impacts the operational performance of the online stores.So the online stores could improve their reputation rank and performance from a better understanding of the factors influencing the reputation through adjusting their marketing strategies.From literature review and content analysis,this research found the following key factors impacting online store reputation:1) product quality,2) quality/price,3) online service,after sales service,logistics service guarantee,4) marketing orientation.
