Analysis of the influence of multiple soft collisions and the energy loss of quark effects on Drell-Yan (DY) production in proton-nucleus collisions is studied. The inclusive differential cross sections analysis was carried out using HIJING Monte-Carlo event generator, which has been modified to take into account the effects mentioned above. Calculation of the ratio σ_W/σ_(Be) of inclusive differential cross sections for lepton pair production in pW and pBe reactions versus transverse momentum p_T and longitudinal momentum fraction x_1 of produced lepton pair is done.
