摘要

In this paper we present a deformable model based on medial axis, proposed by Ghassan et al. The proposed model is simple, flexible and represents truthfully the shape of objects. However, it has a problem with sinuous objects. We propose a solution to generalize the model. We compute the medial axis which is the backbone of this work according to a cluster-based algorithm. We will put in evidence the efficiency of the model to produce a controlled deformation using mathematical operators.
