摘要

Combining the empirical analysis with the theoretical research based on the quantitative research and the qualitative research as the primary research method, this paper conducts the systematic and objective analysis of the current problems in the management of the Indemnificatory Housing Communities and probes into the relevant data using the SPSS Software by drawing on the corresponding domestic and overseas theories and experience and taking Jinshazhou Community, the largest Indemnificatory Housing Community in Guangzhou, as the study case. On that basis, the relevant solutions to the problems is proposed in this paper, related to the property management model, property management and service contents, property service standards, charges standards and subsidies, use of property facilities and maintenance, etc.
