The Behavior Analysis of Transferring Farmland Usage Rights -- The Real Diagnosis Analysis Based on the Peasant Household Questionnaires in Shengyang

With the development of modern agriculture and the transfer of rural labour, the flow and diversion of the countryside's land contract and management rights gradually becomes a trend. The government has introduced policies to promote the flow and diversion of the countryside's land contract and management rights to achieve the moderate scale management of land. Under such background, through to the peasant household questionnaire in Shenyang in the form of logistic model using a regression analysis of survey data, this paper discovered that from the farmer's own perspective, the major factors which effect the transfer of the countryside's land managerial right include the household head occupation type, family labor quantity and the household undertaking land area and so on and has conducted some further analysis.
