The construction project of wind turbines on the Barents sea coast of Russia near the Teriberka village for joint work with the boiler house of the village is proposed. It will allow saving expensive organic fuel (fuel oil) and improving the environmental situation in region. The type of wind farm and the sites for their construction were selected. The sites locate on rocky terrain, which excludes the stage of foundation construction, thereby reducing the cost of wind farm construction. It is established that the total annual effect of using wind turbines for heat supply is expressed in a decrease in the participation of the boiler house in the heat supply by about 50%, and therefore by the same amount in saving organic fuel (fuel oil) consumed at the boiler house.
