Introduction of new information technologies, optimization of technological processes, modernization of existing and creation of new innovative industries require the training of highly qualified personnel. In the current situation, lifelong education is one of the options for continuing education, which allows to prepare qualified specialists for the industrial-economic complex in a relatively short time. Lifelong education allows specialists to improve their professional level or to undergo professional retraining on the basis of a competence-based approach.
