In order to overcome the problem of low matching accuracy in traditional electric vehicle powertrain parameter matching method, a parameter matching method of Electric Vehicle Powertrain Based on genetic algorithm is proposed. In this method, genetic algorithm is used to construct the objective function of vehicle energy consumption optimization and the objective function of power performance. By solving the objective function, the transmission ratio of power system is optimized. After the above optimization, the parameters matching of electric vehicle power system is realized from three aspects: motor parameter matching, transmission ratio parameter matching and battery parameter matching. The experimental results show that the proposed parameter matching method can accurately match the speed and gradient of electric vehicles, and the matching results are basically consistent with the actual results.
