摘要

This paper presents the numerical simulation about spray dry purification flue gas of municipal solid wastes (MSW) incineration. The fluent software package, κ-ε RNG turbulence model and the stochastic model of the track was chosen to do this work; the research on the flow field characteristics by increasing flow equalization board was carried out. The paper mainly studied the effect for flow characteristics, resistance and coefficient of droplet adhering on the wall. The simulation results are as follows: there was a significant asymmetry of opposite inlet side of the inlet velocity greater than the velocity side without the flow equalization board. The resistance decreases gradually with increasing of the flow equalization board opening diameter. And the coefficient of droplet adhering on the wall firstly increased and then decreased.
