In printed electronics, higher resolution and smaller structures are required, as they directly affect the density of the circuit and its functionality. In this regard, the paper investigates the behavior of the printing element of a flexographic plate under elastic-plastic deformations. The influence of the geometry and pressure in the contact zone on the process of deformation of printing elements is shown, and this allows detecting the effect of printing element deformation on the quality of the printed impression.
