Mental health education of college students is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and it is an inevitable trend for mental health education to be integrated into the network education environment under the background of distance education development such as admiring classes, online schools and online learning. The difference between network psychology education mode and traditional psychology education mode lies not only in whether to use network environment or information technology, but also the comprehensive innovation of educational content, methods, means, relations, which represents the innovative direction of the development of college psychological education. Psychological educators must also understand, familiarize themselves, and adapt to this new educational model, in order to deal with the existing or future network psychological education environment in colleges and universities.
