摘要

Extrusion-spheronization and coating with Eudragit~R NE30D dispersion were shown to be an appropriate method to produce sustained release pellets. Central composite design was successfully used to optimize the formulation of sustained release pellet of propafenone hydrochloride. The pellets comply with the requirements of the experiment design.
