Research on the Application of Total Innovation Management in Auto Industry under Knowledge Economy Condition

Total innovation management is a new innovation management mode which has been developed and perfected gradually in the last few years. It combines the main factors of innovate technique and non- technique, and it is also a new trend of enterprise management. This paper mainly analyzed the content, the characteristics and the background of total innovation management under knowledge-based economy condition. At last, analyzed the application of total innovation management in auto industry by an actual case.
