A Discussion of Some Problems of Magnetic Particle Detection Standard

This paper points some problems of magnetic particle detection standard existing in many countries such as choice of standard magnetization field strnegth H_s, to obtain accurate H_s by means of theoretical computation and experiment under specified condition, to provide index of parameters of magnetic particle, to control quantitatively parameters of size of defect, to revise H_s according to hidden depth of defect in part, to revise quantitatively H_s according to magnetization direction, to revise H_s according to temperature of detection and stress condition of part, etc. These problems are essential technical problem which may deicde that the detection is success of failure. The author has analyzed harmfulness and serious consequences of these problems, furtherly advance some points of view and improvement proposal.
