Postmodern psychological consultation and therapy in ideological and political education in colleges

Postmodern psychology is a new orientation in the development of western psychology, which also has many coincident points with ideological and political education work in colleges. Starting from the connotation of postmodernism and postmodern psychology, this paper discusses the three paradigms of postmodern psychological consultation and therapy, and the basic viewpoints of postmodern psychological consultation and therapy. This paper analyzes the relationship between postmodern psychological consultation and therapy and ideological and political education in colleges and the significance of its application, the problems existing in the application of postmodern psychological consultation and therapy in ideological and political education in colleges. Finally, the author puts forward the concrete application path of postmodern psychological consultation and therapy in ideological and political education in colleges.
