Legal Protection of Proprietary Technology of Entity Enterprises

As a unique property of enterprises, proprietary technology is the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, the leakage of proprietary technology will bring great economic losses to the obligee, and seriously may lose the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is particularly important for enterprises to attach importance to the legal protection of proprietary technology. This paper probes into the legal attributes of proprietary technology, and puts forward the ways to improve the protection of proprietary technology for entity enterprises from the practical point of view.
