摘要

With the control requirements for the active heave compensation system of marine winch, an analysis of the control mechanism based on active heave compensation system is proposed and a simulation model of the active heave compensation control system is constructed. According to the different water depths and sea conditions -where load locates, the corresponding parameters are set to calculate the compensation characteristics of the active heave compensation control system under above circumstances, obtaining the displacement response curve of the load and the motor speed response curve with compensation function, whilst yielding the displacement response curve of the load without compensation. The simulation results indicate the high compensation accuracy of the designed active heave compensation control system. Moreover, a trial based on marine winch applying active heave compensation has been implemented, the trial data obtained showing a sheer adaptability of the active heave compensation control system. The work provides a reference for the improvement of the active heave compensation control system based on marine winch.
