This proceeding is published to conclude the 16th International Conference on Quality in Research (QiR) 2019 - International Symposium on Advances in Mechanical Engineering (ISAME). The conference, with its main focus on human life and a sustainable environment was organized by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia, in Padang, Indonesia, from 21 to 24 July 2019, with our cohosts Universitas Andalas, Universitas Dharma Andalas, and Universitas Bung Hatta.
