This paper puts forward the analysis, design, implementation a new chaotic system and observer design of new chaotic systems. Different tools like phase plane, time series, Lyapunov spectrum, Poincare map, Lyapunov exponents and Lyapunov dimension are exercised to analyses different behaviors of the proposed system. Proposed chaotic system is considered for the observer-based synchronization and linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is utilized to obtain non-convex inequality as well as to solve the optimal value of observer gain. Simulation is achieved in MATLAB environment to demonstrate the effectiveness and Multisim circuit design platform to validate the numerical approach and simulation results. Finally, achieved circuit implementation results disclose that aims are accomplished satisfactorily.
