Double slit nozzles are widely used in meltblown equipment. In the production process, two high-speed and high-temperature hot air jets from two air gaps on both sides of the spinneret hole and converges to stretch and refine the polymer melt extruded from the spinneret hole. In this paper, the Reynolds stress model is selected as the turbulence model, the governing equations of the Reynolds stress model are determined, the governing equations of the Reynolds stress model are discretized, and the difference equations of the governing equations are obtained, and the simple algorithm is selected to solve these difference equations. The velocity vector diagram of the flow field is obtained by numerical simulation, and three rules are obtained: the inclination angle of the fiber increases gradually in the process of movement, and the outer end of the fiber is gradually away from the spinning line, that is, the fiber has the trend of outward diffusion; with the increase of the initial air velocity, the distance of the fiber from the spinning line increases vertically; the closer to the die head, the smaller the inclination angle of the fiber.
