摘要

Diabetes mellitus is defined as a group of metabolic disorders characterized by high blood glucose levels. To control the blood glucose levels for treatment of diabetes mellitus though insulin therapy, it has been recognized important to accurately and continuously monitor the blood glucose levels as they decide the dose of insulin, and could change in a few minutes. To overcome the limitations of glucose oxidase-sensing technology, nonenzymatic glucose sensor has been developed to improve reliability. We develop the continuous glucose monitoring system using the hydrogel glucose sensor having synthetic glucose responsive fluorescent dye.
