摘要

The field emission of carbon nanotube (CNT) cathode film prepared by using screen-printing method has advantageous properties. Here we try to enhance the field emission of CNT cathode films by optimizing some screen-printing processes in base of conventional method. The experiments show the CNT cathode pastes using manual grinding have great properties compared with magnetic stirring method. The test for the electrode of Ag substrates and CNTs sintered in 350°C can enormously shorten the sintering time.
