The generation of multiple uncorrelated Rayleigh fading waveforms is often demanded in simulating the diversity-combined Rayleigh fading channels, frequency-selective channels, the uncorrelated subchannels of MIMO systems and cooperative communication systems. In this paper, an improved parameter computation method of Sum-of-Sinusoids (SoS) channel simulation model is proposed to simulate multiple uncorrelated Rayleigh fading waveforms. Compared with the existing SoS model in some literatures, the improved simulation model can obtain the satisfactory approximations of the desired statistical properties of the reference model and the ergodicity property which is important to an efficient channel simulator.
