In this paper, the Radar Cross Section (RCS) of an airplane is accurately simulated using Graphics Processing Units (GPU) accelerating parallel out-of-core higher-order Method of Moments (MoM). A GPU-CPU-HDD out-of-core technique is presented to break the restriction of GPU and CPU memory. This can significantly improve the computational capability of the hybrid parallel CPU/GPU implementation of higher-order MoM for large complex electromagnetic problems. Numerical results demonstrate that the parallel GPU-CPU-HDD out-of-core implementation can obtain a good speedup.
