Effect of Strength Parameters and the Structure of Steel Cord Conveyor Belts on Belt Puncture Resistance

摘要

The results of research on the effect of rubber cover thickness, cover rubber strength and the kind and tensile strength of crosswise belt reinforcements (breakers) on the belt puncture resistance are presented. The measurement results are evaluated by means of two coefficients: the Critical Energy and the Average Impact Energy.
