Research on management models and countermeasures of Beijing municipal social communities

摘要

With the Zhongguancun area of social organization registration reformed, Beijing hub of social organization established, and social organization management innovated in some regions, Beijing municipal social communities face opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzes the development and management model of the Beijing municipal social communities, proposes the relevant competent business units of Beijing municipal social communities should pay full attention to these communities, straightens out the relationship between social communities and authorities, innovation and management model, and guides them healthy development in the tide of development of social organizations.
