There is no special power testing equipment at home and abroad. And the electrical safety is related to every citizen's personal and property safety. This paper compares the existing handheld infrared thermometer and finds that the imaging is vague and many details are not resolved. Many handheld infrared thermometers are only using grayscale to display, so that the contrast is poor. Due to the problems caused by the background, though a pseudo-color technique is added, it cannot well distinguish the details in the image when doing business outside. Meanwhile display module is relatively simple without a good interactive interface. Considering the above problems, the paper combines FrameBuffer interface technology and multi-threading technology to achieve real-time display. At the same time, using an improved pseudo-color technology is to achieve high resolution color display. Plus anti-high temperature heat source digital detail enhancement technology and a 0.61-inch OLED eyepiece, they make the imaging system overcome the external interference to achieve best image quality. For convenient and practical application, we combine the thermometer to the helmet. It not only liberates the hands but also realizes the detector view and eye view are consistent. Ultimately it achieves what you see is the inspection. The design embodies the advantages of miniaturization and fully closes to the engineering application. It is time-saving and cost-saving. We believe this will have a good prospect.
